Irish singer-songwriter, musician, and record producer

Claude says:The Irish singer-songwriter walked away from his 1990s band Juniper mid-deal, farmed in Tuscany, busked across Europe, then returned home to record O in 2001 — the debut that would spin off "The Blower's Daughter" and make him a fixture of aching, stripped-down folk. You circled him in 2006 with a few stray plays, but it took hold in early 2007 and has been a long-haul staple ever since: heavy runs around O and 9, a spike when My Favourite Faded Fantasy landed in 2014, then steady check-ins every few years. He's the catalog you reach for when you need something raw and close to the bone.
