Australian indie-rock-folk band

Melbourne five-piece formed in 2009 by Sam Bentley and Christina Lacy, best known for their 2010 single "Bloom," which eventually went platinum in the US through steady word-of-mouth rather than any viral spike. A handful of scattered plays since 2018 didn't mean much until June 2023, when you actually got into them — peaking hard in October 2025 before trailing off this year. You've leaned on the moody night drive of Twelvefour and the early folk intimacy of Young North, though "Bloom" itself still holds up.
