American singer-songwriter

Claude says:Andrew Belle is a Chicago-born singer-songwriter who broke through in 2010 when his song "In My Veins" (featuring Erin McCarley) became a Grey's Anatomy staple and racked up over 100 million streams. His second album Black Bear marked a sharp left turn from acoustic folk into ambient, textured indie pop inspired by M83 and Beach House. You caught The Ladder right when it came out in 2010, then circled back hard years later — Black Bear became the anchor, especially during a recent surge where those atmospheric tracks have been in constant play.
