Claude says:Andrew Belle is a Chicago singer-songwriter who broke through in the early 2010s with songs all over Grey's Anatomy and Pretty Little Liars — Black Bear was his second album, a deliberate shift toward ambient pop with M83 and Beach House in the mix instead of his earlier acoustic sound. The production is spacious and moody, full of synth shimmer and reverb-soaked vocals that feel more like night drives than coffeehouse sets. You grabbed it right when it came out in 2014 and kept it in steady play, then let it sit for over a decade before October 2026, when it came back — now it's deep in your rotation.
