Claude says:System of a Down split vocal duties nearly 50/50 between Serj Tankian and Daron Malakian on this one — the first half of a double album released six months before Hypnotize. Malakian wrote "Old School Hollywood" after a celebrity charity baseball game with Tony Danza and Frankie Avalon, and the "non-stop disco" line in "Violent Pornography" is just him declaring his love for disco, totally unrelated to the rest of the song. You grabbed it in early 2007 (a couple years after release) and played it hard that year, then came back for a serious run in mid-2012 — "B.Y.O.B." and "Violent Pornography" leading the charge, with "Question!" and "Radio/Video" close behind.
