American pop/rock band

Claude says:Cincinnati band Walk the Moon took their name from The Police's "Walking on the Moon" and built a reputation in the early 2010s for face-painted, high-energy shows and synth-heavy rock that borrowed liberally from Talking Heads and new wave. You grabbed onto them in spring 2017 with "Anna Sun" and the Ghostbusters cover, leaned in for a month, then let them drift until a couple of brief revisits years later.
