American rock band

The Revivalists are an eight-piece rock band out of New Orleans, formed in 2007 when guitarist Zack Feinberg happened to bike past David Shaw's place and they started jamming together. Their 2015 album Men Amongst Mountains earned them a Rolling Stone shout-out, and "Wish I Knew You" went platinum after hitting number one on two different Billboard charts. You latched onto them right as that single was breaking in August 2016, riding the wave hard for about a year before they settled into the kind of band you check back in with every few years when the mood strikes.
