British musical group; rock band

Claude says:London's most theatrical rock band, formed in 1970 when Freddie Mercury pushed his mates from Smile to dream bigger — Brian May on guitar, Roger Taylor on drums, John Deacon on bass. They built a catalog that spans prog-rock experiments, glam stompers, and arena-sized anthems, peaking with the operatic "Bohemian Rhapsody" and the inescapable stadium chants of "We Will Rock You." You had stray encounters across a decade before Queen finally clicked in late 2024, surging through December 2025 with The Works and Hot Space leading the charge — the deep cuts, not just the hits everyone knows.
