British rock band

Claude says:Brian Molko and Stefan Olsdal met by chance at a London tube station in 1994 and built a band that stood apart from Britpop with androgynous presentation, Molko's nasal croon, and lyrics about sex and mental health that felt genuinely uncomfortable at the time. You've kept them at arm's length since 2009 — a few scattered plays across Battle for the Sun and the older records, never quite enough to decide whether the drama still holds up or just sounds like late-90s theater.
