American rock band

Claude says:Los Angeles rock band fronted by Jason Wade, who started writing songs as a teenager after his parents split—the early Blyss demos eventually became their 2000 breakthrough No Name Face, anchored by "Hanging by a Moment," which somehow spent a year on the charts without hitting number one. You locked into them in late 2006 with No Name Face, then went deep on Who We Are during a busy stretch in spring and summer 2008; since then it's been the occasional check-in, most recently this past year with "Breathing."
