alternative rock band from Boston, Massachusetts, USA

Claude says:Guster started at Tufts in 1991 when Adam Gardner, Ryan Miller, and Brian Rosenworcel met during freshman orientation, playing their first show two months later at a dorm coffee house in Somerville. They stayed underground through Parachute and Goldfly, broke into the mainstream with 1999's Lost and Gone Forever, and earned their first gold record in 2018 for "Satellite." You got into them in late 2008 and kept them close through 2010, then circled back hard in 2013 and again in early 2021, mostly leaning on Ganging Up on the Sun — the jangly, sun-soaked hooks still hit when you need them.
