indie rock quartet from Franklin, Tennessee

Claude says:Colony House is a Tennessee rock band fronted by brothers Caleb and Will Chapman (sons of Christian musician Steven Curtis Chapman) — they started as "Caleb" in high school, renamed themselves after a Franklin apartment complex, and have described their sound as stripped-down rock and roll shaped by U2 and Cold War Kids. You had one random play back in 2019 that went nowhere, then they took hold in May 2025 and you've kept them around since — not heavily, but enough to revisit when the mood's right.
