Claude says:Wintersleep came together in Halifax in 2001, built from the ashes of Paul Murphy and Tim d'Eon's high school prog band, and earned a Juno after their third album made them indie-rock regulars across Canada. This odds-and-ends collection pulls together B-sides and loose tracks — alternate takes, acoustic versions, stray singles — that sound like the band working through ideas just outside the frame of their proper records. You picked it up in spring 2013, drawn especially to "Father Time" and the stripped-down "Nothing Is Anything," but it stayed a brief chapter, last surfacing in early 2016.
