Claude says:Tyler Dodds is a worship leader and songwriter from Midland, Texas who spent years traveling to lead congregations before settling into weekly services at Stonegate Fellowship. This album leans into jazz and Dixieland textures — horn-driven, almost devotional in its swing — while carrying plainspoken worship lyrics that feel more campfire than cathedral. You locked into it hard in early 2009, especially "Take Us Home" and "Blue Skies," then let it go for years before a brief return in 2014.
