Stephan Jenkins and Kevin Cadogan built Third Eye Blind in mid-'90s San Francisco, landing the platinum smashes "Semi-Charmed Life" and "Jumper" before lineup drama started chipping away at the core. This EP pulls five tracks from that late-'90s peak — glossy alt-rock with big hooks and a darker undertow than the radio edits let on. You grabbed it in summer 2012, more than a decade after these songs were everywhere, and kept "Never Let You Go" in light rotation for a couple months before moving on.
