Claude says:The Jagger–Richards partnership followed Sticky Fingers with this 1972 double album — a sprawling, bleary blues-rock sprawl recorded across multiple continents that's often called their masterpiece. The guitars churn, the horns blare, and everything sounds like it was tracked in a basement at 4 a.m. You played it twice across a year and a half, both times circling back to "Shine a Light" and "Tumbling Dice" — the album's clearest, most human moments in an otherwise hazy mess.
