Claude says:The Head and the Heart started as an indie folk band meeting at open mics in Seattle's Ballard neighborhood before signing to Sub Pop in 2010. This single carries the warm, communal folk-rock sound they've developed over their albums — guitars, violin, layered harmonies that feel lived-in. You played it once in March 2023, a year after it came out, and haven't gone back to it since.
