Claude says:The Head and the Heart self-released this in 2009, selling copies at shows and through Seattle record stores before Sub Pop picked it up in 2011 — it became the top-selling album of 2010 at Sonic Boom Records in their Ballard neighborhood, built on trio vocal harmonies, piano, violin, and driving percussion. You found it in 2016, six years after release, and keep gravitating back to "Lost In My Mind" and "Rivers and Roads," the latter having soundtracked everything from the Chuck finale to How I Met Your Mother.
