Claude says:The Blue Stones are a Windsor blues rock duo who landed their 2021 record Hidden Gems with Mutemath's Paul Meany behind the board. It's heavy-footed rock with a clean, modern sheen — guitars that chug and soar, vocals that hit hard without tipping into metal, and hooks designed to stick. You got into it this summer, five years after release, and it's been in constant rotation since July: "Let It Ride" and "One By One" are the main pulls, but you've worked through nearly the whole tracklist.
