Claude says:Skillet started in Memphis in '96 as a side project between John Cooper and Ken Steorts, a guitarist from another disbanded Christian rock outfit — the name was a joke about mixing their different sounds together. This early record has a rawer alt-rock edge before they released later certified platinum albums. One play back in June 2009, then nothing — sounds like you sampled it once and moved on.
