Claude says:A 1999 Columbia hits collection pulling twenty tracks from Simon & Garfunkel's catalog, later expanded into a two-disc set called Tales from New York. You grabbed it in summer 2006, living with it steadily through the following year before letting it go quiet for long stretches. When you did circle back — a burst in 2012, another in 2014, a big run in March 2019 — you leaned on "Homeward Bound," "A Hazy Shade of Winter," and "The Dangling Conversation" more than the obvious monuments.
