Claude says:This was the album that rescued the duo from obscurity after producer Tom Wilson overdubbed electric instruments onto their acoustic "The Sounds of Silence" without them even knowing — Dylan's studio band turned a folk flop into a #1 hit in 1965. Most of the tracks came from songs Paul Simon wrote during his London stint that same year, already released on his solo Songbook, now re-recorded with Art Garfunkel. You gave it a single spin in 2018 and returned once three years later for "I Am a Rock," but it never clicked beyond that.
