Claude says:Silversun Pickups recorded this follow-up to Carnavas in their own studio — a space they called The Dark — between mid-2008 and early 2009, cutting 17 songs down to 10 and working again with producer Dave Cooley. The album hit number seven on the Billboard 200, a huge leap from their debut's peak at 80, powered by "Panic Switch" and a handful of tracks that landed in video games from Guitar Hero to MLB 10: The Show.
