Claude says:The Icelandic post-rock band known for Jónsi's falsetto and bowed guitar released this tape-degraded rework of their 2005 album Takk... in 2025, stripping their sound down to warped ambient drones. You picked it up in January 2026, running through the full set that month, spending time with "Gong" and the two-part "Sé lest" as the original melodies dissolve into hiss and static. It's a quieter, more patient version of the music — still unmistakably them, but buried under layers of magnetic fog.
