Claude says:The Chili Peppers condensed what was supposed to be a trilogy into this 28-track double album in 2006, recording it at the Mansion with Rick Rubin and earning their first US number one. You came to it eight years after release in 2014, though it didn't really stick until a scattered run from 2018 through 2024, peaking in spring 2023 when "Dani California" and "Charlie" saw the most action. The late-Frusciante material still has its pull, but you haven't spun it since May.
