Claude says:Ratatat's second album, recorded partly in Björk's upstate New York house, doubled down on their almost-entirely-instrumental guitar-and-synth formula — the only vocals are a cat sound in "Wildcat" and a single "Woo!" in "Nostrand". You ran through it hard in October 2008, two years after release, wearing out "Kennedy," "Loud Pipes," and the sun-drunk "Tropicana" before moving on for good.
