Claude says:Pete Yorn and Scarlett Johansson recorded this Serge Gainsbourg–inspired duet album in 2006, though it didn't see release until 2009 — Johansson knocked out her vocals in two afternoons, and the pair only performed it live a handful of times before shelving the whole thing. You picked it up in late 2013, four years after it came out, and cycled through the tracklist hard for a month before letting it go. A decade later you came back for another short run, still finding appeal in "Wear and Tear" and "Clean" — the album's best case for itself, even if critics never warmed to it.
