Claude says:Panic! recorded this as a trio with producer Butch Walker, pulling from Kraftwerk and Wendy Carlos to build a Las Vegas party record that drew on hip hop's no-rules ethos and the gonzo spirit of Fear and Loathing. It's their final album as a band before becoming a Brendon Urie solo vehicle, and it hit you right when it dropped in late 2013. "Miss Jackson," "This Is Gospel," and "Vegas Lights" have stuck around across more than a decade, even if the full album only gets occasional full runs.
