Nothing More started as a San Antonio band grinding through lineup chaos for years before drummer Jonny Hawkins switched to frontman and they finally broke through in 2014 with their self-titled album. SPIRITS is their sixth record — big, heavy alternative metal that leans into arena-rock hooks and the kind of nu-metal-adjacent intensity that kept "Go to War" on top of rock radio a few years back. You grabbed it two years after release in fall 2024, then circled back a year later to revisit "TIRED OF WINNING" and the title track.
