Claude says:NEEDTOBREATHE recorded this at three studios across the South and West Coast — Plantation in Charleston, Blackbird in Nashville, Rocket Carousel in L.A. — and the sprawl shows: it debuted at No. 6 on the Billboard 200 and topped both the Christian and Rock Albums charts, a rare crossover that critics credited to its ability to shift from tender alt-folk to swaggering pop rock without losing the thread. You grabbed it the month it dropped in 2011 and leaned hard into it through early 2015, then picked it back up in scattered bursts years later — "Keep Your Eyes Open," "Oohs and Ahhs," and "Drive All Night" still getting the nod.
