Claude says:Muse's breakthrough second album from 2001, tracked with producers David Bottrill and John Leckie across a run of British studios — including a church in Bath where they recorded the organ for "Megalomania". The blend of prog-rock bombast and classical flourishes helped it sell two million copies and gave you a stack of songs you still know by heart: the Anthony Newley cover "Feeling Good," the thrashing "New Born," the quieter "Screenager." You picked it up in 2006, five years after release, burned through it hard that fall, and have only circled back for a few scattered listens since.
