Claude says:Mitch Hedberg was the Minnesota comic who turned absurdist one-liners and stage-shy delivery into something close to art before his death in 2005, two years after this album came out. These recordings catch his deadpan brilliance at full strength — sesame seeds as furniture, arrows that would have been knives, business cards as tiny résumés — the kind of jokes that rewire how you see ordinary objects. You had a couple of stray plays in 2006 and 2007 before it really clicked in late 2007, then kept circling back every year or two through 2016, drawn especially to "Sesame Seeds" and "X" when you needed that particular flavor of clever misdirection.
