Claude says:Sinatra's first full-length Christmas album for Capitol splits into two sides — secular standards up front ("Jingle Bells," "The Christmas Waltz"), carols on the flip — all with Gordon Jenkins conducting and the Ralph Brewster Singers backing him. You picked it up in December 2016, nearly sixty years after release, and it's been your December fixture ever since: "Jingle Bells" and "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas" lead the rotation, with reliable visits to "Hark! The Herald Angels Sing" and "The Christmas Waltz" close behind.
