Claude says:Editors' Mercury-nominated debut arrived in 2005 with Jim Abbiss behind the board, earning comparisons to Interpol and Turn on the Bright Lights for its brooding post-punk sweep — NME called it doom and gloom that somehow sounds uplifting. You had a few scattered plays in 2008 and 2009, but it didn't take hold until January 2010, five years after release, and you've kept it close ever since. "Munich" and "Blood" lead the way, but you've worked through nearly the whole tracklist across the years.
