Claude says:Editors' third album marks a sharp left turn toward electronic textures and the hum of London at night — Tom Smith said the city's in every song, its constant background noise threaded through the tracks. A couple of stray plays in early 2010 went nowhere, but it clicked for you that December and has become a reliable touchstone ever since, with "In This Light and on This Evening" and "Papillon" leading the way.
