Death Cab for Cutie contributed "Meet Me On The Equinox" to the New Moon soundtrack at the peak of their chart power, between Narrow Stairs and Codes and Keys. The song is wide, anthemic, and built for a bigger screen than their usual introspective indie rock — atmospheric guitars and Gibbard's yearning vocals chasing after something cinematic. You played it once in September 2012 and never went back.
