Claude says:The Charlottesville jam band that spent the '90s selling out amphitheaters on the strength of Dave Matthews's hiccupping vocals, Carter Beauford's polyrhythmic drum work, and a willingness to stretch every song into a different shape each night. This double live set captures them loose and expansive, all horns and violin threading through extended grooves. You grabbed it in summer 2006 and went straight to "#36" and "Crash into Me" — the big singalongs — before it drifted away after a handful of spins.
