Claude says:Counting Crows' seven-million-selling debut arrived in 1993 with T Bone Burnett behind the board, weaving accordion, mandolin, and pedal steel through Adam Duritz's rain-soaked narratives about Berkeley bars and long California nights. You had a few stray encounters years ago, but this finally clicked for you in late 2014 — more than two decades after release — and it's stuck around ever since, with heavy runs in 2018 and again through 2023-24. "Mr. Jones" and "Round Here" lead your rotation, though you've clearly spent time with the album-side of the record too.
