Claude says:Dylan's total pivot into country — a crooning voice nobody had heard before, thanks to quitting cigarettes, and the rustic warmth he'd only hinted at on John Wesley Harding. It went to No. 3 in the States and gave him another UK chart-topper, but for you it's been mostly "Lay Lady Lay" and the duet with Johnny Cash on "Girl From the North Country." A handful of plays since 2019, nothing that stuck.
