Claude says:Bear's Den are a London folk rock band who've been through lineup shifts since forming in 2012, now down to sole remaining founder Andrew Davie after the recent departure of Kevin Jones. This 2019 EP is sparse and wintry, built around acoustic guitar and Davie's worn, earnest voice — the kind of folk that sounds like it was recorded in a cold room with good light. You picked it up in late 2021, a couple years after release, and kept the title track playing through the early months of 2022 before drifting away.
