Claude says:Barns Courtney's an English singer-songwriter who spent his teenage years bouncing between Seattle and the UK, then got stuck in label limbo for years before "Fire" broke him out in 2015. This debut mixes stomping blues-rock grooves with raw, raspy vocals — part garage anthem, part stadium-sized hooks, loud enough to land on Conan and in a Bradley Cooper film. You had a few scattered plays in 2023 that didn't stick, but it finally clicked in May 2024, seven years after release, and you've been riding "Fire" and "Glitter & Gold" hard ever since.
