Claude says:Matthew Hales has been recording as Aqualung since the early 2000s, best known for "Strange and Beautiful" in the UK and "Brighter Than Sunshine" stateside — the latter a fixture on mid-2000s TV spots and rom-com soundtracks. One play in 2012, "Brighter Than Sunshine" floating by, and that was it — likely a fleeting encounter with the song's polished warmth rather than a sustained turn with the album itself.
