Claude says:311's fourth record was meant to be a double album — they cut 29 songs down to 21 and crammed them onto one disc to keep it cheap for fans, effectively giving away ten tracks for free. Critics called it bloated at the time, but the marathon runtime let the band lean harder into reggae and dub ("Prisoner," "Inner Light Spectrum") while still throwing down rap-rock bangers like "Galaxy." You had a few stray plays back in 2006, but this didn't click until 2012, fifteen years after release — since then you've kept "Electricity" and "Beautiful Disaster" in steady rotation, with a serious surge in late 2023.
