Claude says:Evolver came out in 2003 — 311's seventh album, tracked at their own North Hollywood spot The Hive and pushed to #7 on the Billboard 200 before fading fast. You didn't find it until early 2022, nearly two decades on, and then worked through almost the whole tracklist in a few concentrated months: "Creatures (For a While)," "Beyond the Gray Sky," the reggae-tinged "Reconsider Everything." It's been a looser check-in since then, but you still pull a track every few months.
